Vision for Indonesia in 2021

What is the outlook for Indonesia in 2021? What will the future of work look like? Can Indonesia move to a sustainable GDP growth model? How will established industries transform? This year’s IEF will discuss in-depth and answer these questions.

Sachin Gopalan, Co-Founder of the Indonesia Economic Forum said that this year is an important milestone for the IEF as it has turned into a digital platform, a process that has been accelerated due to the ongoing global pandemic.

Through its digital platform, the Indonesia Economic Forum reaches more than 3,000 senior executives and business leaders and more than one million followers in Indonesia and the region.

“This year marks a major milestone for IEF as it turns into a virtual digital platform, a process we believe has been accelerated due to the ongoing global pandemic. While it may reduce the opportunities for face to face networking, it gives us access to speakers and participants from around the globe, helping us take the quality of discussions and insights to a new level. Going digital will change the way we interact in a conference event and opens the doors for trying out new concepts, tools, and technologies.” said Sachin.

Since its establishment in 2014, the Indonesia Economic Forum has engaged with the Indonesian government, civil society, business leaders, academicians, and youth organizations.
