Swarn Bharat Organization
Swarn Bharat founded by sisters Hiral Rudach Charan and Jahal Rudach Charan has held successful campaign over the years for tree plantation and have inspired people to plant over 1,00,000 trees, to save water, climate change awareness campaign, clean ocean drive from Dwarka (Gujarat ) to Mumbai, to save marine life and to save forest trees. Along with this, the organization has also done a CoronaVirus Awareness Drive.
The organization’s Founder and President Hiral Rudach Charan said that the campaign pays special attention to entrepreneurs who have been allocated GIDC plot years back but still haven’t established an industry.
“The team identifies the roadblock the entrepreneur is facing (e.g. financing issues, zoning issue) and guides the industrialist. The tailor-made solution formed by its experienced team helps industrialists to utilize their open plot at the earliest,” she said.
Hiral emphasized that GIDC Dahej and Saykha are prime examples where the majority of plots are lying non-utilized despite many years since allotment.
“It creates an unfortunate situation where new entrepreneurs are unable to get an industrial plot while those having land allotted 8 years back have still not utilized their plot. Our outreach plays special emphasis on convincing such plot holders to either start industry or give chance to new entrepreneurs (by surrendering or selling the plot).”
The Entrepreneurship Campaign
Swarn Bharat Co-Founder Jahal Rudach Charan added that the campaign also highlights key opportunities to establish the chemical or pharmaceutical industry in Dahej GIDC (Chemical Zone) and GIDC Saykha (chemical zone), Dahej PCPIR Dahej as well as other GIDC estates.
“The Japan indo township (Sanand-3), Bulk drug park (Jambusar, Bharuch) and medical devices park (Rajkot) are also key opportunities where an estimated USD 2.8 billion (over Rs20,000 crore) is likely to be invested in 2 years,” she said.
They aim to complement GIDC’s vision of helping entrepreneurs start industries hassle-free in a time-bound manner, boosting industrialization and employment.
The Swarn Bharat’s campaign will create an estimated 1 lakh (100 Thousand) employment in the established industries.
Around 3285 letters have been written by Swarn Bharat to the entrepreneurs offering them the organization’s help, solutions, and various resources (like project report).
Hiral appeals to people and the government to co-operate and participate in their campaign that will address issues faced by entrepreneurs. The campaign also aims to promote industrialization and attract investment.
