The organization’s Founder and President Hiral Rudach Charan said that the campaign pays special attention to entrepreneurs who have been allocated GIDC plot years back but still haven’t established an industry.

“The team identifies the roadblock the entrepreneur is facing (e.g. financing issues, zoning issue) and guides the industrialist. The tailor-made solution formed by its experienced team helps industrialists to utilize their open plot at the earliest,” she said.

Hiral emphasized that GIDC Dahej and Saykha are prime examples where the majority of plots are lying non-utilized despite many years since allotment.

“It creates an unfortunate situation where new entrepreneurs are unable to get an industrial plot while those having land allotted 8 years back have still not utilized their plot. Our outreach plays special emphasis on convincing such plot holders to either start industry or give chance to new entrepreneurs (by surrendering or selling the plot).”
