INDIA: Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar has written another complaint letter to Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena, seeking protection against the Tihar Jail authorities and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Satyendar Jain.

Sukesh claimed he was receiving severe threats in jail since the last letter of his contending with Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was issued in the media.

Chandrashekhar urged the Delhi LG to initiate a CBI probe into this matter. He wrote, “Kejriwal ji and Satyendar Jain ji, stop threatening and intimidating me through the jail administration.” “Nothing will stop me from moving ahead and seeking a detailed CBI.”

The conman Sukesh is facing charges of corruption under the Prevention of Corruption Act and the Money Laundering Act. He is currently lodged in Delhi’s Tihar jail.

Many big names have been linked to him amid his arrest, and the investigating team carried out various string operations against Sukesh.

Previously, Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez was also linked to the monkey laundering case for accepting expensive gifts from Sukesh.

Meanwhile, the conman made headlines, taking a dig at the Delhi CM for allegedly obtaining bribes from him in exchange for not offering him the post of Rajya Sabha. Further, Chandrashekar intends to file a defamation suit against Arvind Kejriwal.

The Delhi chief minister had furthermore claimed in the letter: “Kejriwal ji, if I’m the country’s biggest thug according to you, then on what basis did you receive Rs 50 crore from me and offer a Rajya Sabha seat to me?” So what does that make you? Maha thug.”

The conman briefed the court on the incident where he handed over the illegitimate money to Delhi’s CM against his will. He alleged that Kejriwal attended his dinner party with Satyendra Jain in 2016, at the Hyatt Bhikaji Kama Place. He then handed over the entire amount of Rs 50 crore to Kailash Gehlot, following the instructions of Kejriwal.

Apart from this, Sukesh also slammed Delhi Minister Satyendar Jain for extracting Rs 10 crore as “protection money” to protect him in the Tihar Jail.

Chandrashekar continued in his letter, “After my arrest in 2017, I was lodged in Tihar Jail and was visited multiple times by Satyendar Jain, who held the portfolio of jail minister… In 2019, again, I was visited by Jain, whose secretary asked me to pay Rs 2 crore every month as protection money and to get basic facilities inside the jail.”
