“Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Italian Cultural Centre had to suspend all its public activities. We immediately thought of coming up with a new schedule of online events and we realized that it is important to have them available on one single platform, and so we have recently launched blog.italianculture.in, where we will share all the online events we organize,” Andrea Baldi, the Director of the Italian Embassy Cultural Centre, told Transcontinental Times.

The new online platform will also function as an on-demand video archive where events, workshops and blog posts that have already been broadcasted will be available , categorized under different sections, for viewing, reading, and enjoying. “The platform will continue working also after we will be back to normality: we will continue to organize events online alongside with events with public,” added Baldi.
