Brahmastra: Ayan Mukerji Shares His Magical Vision in the Newly Released Footage

INDIA: In the newly released clip, Ayan Mukerji sheds light on the amazing beginning and journey of his upcoming magnum opus, Brahmastra. The official video, dubbed “Beginnings,” delves into Ayan’s vision that gave rise to the action-adventure film.

The cast of Brahmastra incorporates a range of well-known Indian actors. Ranbir Kapoor as Shiva, also called “Agni Astra”. The film also has Alia Bhatt as Isha, Amitabh Bachchan as Raghu, Nagarjuna Akkineni as Anish and Mouni Roy as Junoon.

The new footage features the magical beginning of Brahmastra

The clip opens with a Deva Deva musical theme, which depicts Ayan’s vision transitioning from 2016 to 2022. The official video demonstrates the advancement of CGI and VFX, with a glimpse of Ranbir’s character controlling fire in a smooth transition. The footage also includes concept art for the film’s logo.

Ayan explains the key factor for his vision, quoting, “The journey of Brahmastra began in 2011 in Shimla, surrounded by the Himalayas. My first film had been released by then, and I was working on the script of my second movie.”

“I have always felt very powerful energy, a strong spirituality in our mountains, and I believe that it is from the energy of the Himalayas that the vision of Brahmastra was born,” he added.

Previously, the creators shared a teaser for the upcoming song, Deva Deva. The teaser video features fantastic fire visuals with a surreal implementation. The song is set to release online on August 8, 2022.

Ayan Mukerji’s magnum opus is the most anticipated film of the year, which will debut on September 9, 2022. The epic action-adventure feature will be available to be screened in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
