INDIA: Cultus Education Services and Technology Pvt. Ltd. has announced the launch of Cultus Career Ready (CCR), a career-readiness program designed to address India’s growing employability challenge. The company also unveiled its new direct-to-consumer (DTC) vertical, enabling students and young professionals across the country to access structured career-preparation services directly.
The launch comes amid increasing concerns about graduate employability in India. According to industry reports cited by the company, more than 85 percent of graduates lack the career-ready skills expected by modern employers. Educational institutions continue to face challenges in delivering placement-focused outcomes, while organizations often invest significant resources in training newly hired graduates.

Cultus says CCR has been developed as a structured five-step framework aimed at preparing learners for employment through measurable and verifiable milestones.
The program begins with a career readiness assessment and aptitude evaluation that generates a personalized readiness score and development roadmap. Learners then undergo non-technical skills training covering communication, workplace ethics, and critical thinking through micro-learning modules and live simulations.
The third phase focuses on industry alignment and business communication, including sector-specific guidance, resume enhancement, and professional networking profile optimization. Participants subsequently complete a real-world project based on industry requirements and present their work before mentors. The final stage includes mock interviews, performance feedback, and salary negotiation preparation.
Upon successful completion of all five stages, learners receive a verified CCR Certificate, an Employability Profile, and access to the Career Gateway platform for career guidance and opportunity discovery.
The launch of CCR also marks a strategic shift for Cultus as it enters the direct-to-consumer market. Previously focused on institutional partnerships, the company now aims to reach students from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, rural regions, and non-premium institutions that often have limited access to structured employability programs.
Cultus has introduced three CCR offerings. CCR Essential is priced at ₹4,499 and includes the complete five-step journey and access to the Career Guidance Hub. CCR Pro, priced at ₹18,749, provides dedicated coaching and accelerated career support, while CCR Elite, priced at ₹1,49,880, offers premium mentorship and international career pathways.
As part of the launch, the company is offering a 50 percent discount on CCR Essential for the first 555 enrollments until June 16, 2026.
According to Cultus, learners who complete all five milestones and actively participate in coaching achieve career readiness in an average of 40 days. The company also reports an interview success rate exceeding 80 percent among participants who complete the full program.
Cultus currently serves more than 221,000 learners through its network across India and Southeast Asia and works with over 10,000 recruiters and 5,000 employers. The platform’s reach extends across 13 countries, including India, Sri Lanka, and nations across the ASEAN region.
“We built CCR because getting a degree should not be the end goal. Becoming career-ready should. CCR is the first program that treats career-readiness as a structured, measurable journey, not a last-minute placement sprint,” said Gaurav Arora, Co-Founder and Country Head of Cultus.
Based in Bengaluru, Cultus Education Services and Technology Pvt. Ltd. focuses on bridging the gap between education and employability through career-readiness programs, placement infrastructure, and employer connectivity solutions for learners, educational institutions, and businesses.
