What’s more, Angelina Jolie’s costumes for the film are meticulously crafted, with some based on the actual garments once worn by Maria Callas.

The production worked closely with Massimo Cantini Parrini’s archive collection, striving to avoid using new fur in collaboration with PETA—an ethical choice in line with the changing sensibilities of today’s audience.

In a candid interview with Vogue Magazine, Angelina Jolie shared her journey of self-discovery and healing. After 2016, she made a conscious decision to reduce her film commitments to focus on her path to recovery. Jolie admitted that she hadn’t felt like herself in over a decade.

For those unfamiliar with the context, the actress filed for divorce from her then-husband, Brad Pitt, in September 2016, following a highly publicized incident on a plane.
