INDIA: Tamil star, Dhanush, left no stone unturned in the field of acting. Now his upcoming film, Captain Miller, promises more thrills and suspense as the periodic drama takes the audience through the captivating journey of history.
On July 28, Dhanush will celebrate his birthday, and the makers have chosen the day to unveil the film’s teaser. The movie will showcase Dhanush as the renowned revolutionary leader, Captain Miller, who fought for his people against all odds.
Arun Matheswaran added his directorial vision to Captain Miller. Priyanka Arul Mohan and Shiva Rajkumar star in prominent roles besides Dhanush.
Sendhil Thyagarajan bankrolled the Tamil feature along with Arjun Thyagarajan, and G. Saravanan and Sai Siddharth co-produced the project. Moreover, Shreyas Krishna is the cinematographer, and Nagooran is the editor of the film.
Now, the movie makers have released a new poster, revealing the official teaser announcement date. The tweet reads, “Get ready to experience the never-before-seen avatar of @dhanushkraja in the Captain Miller teaser on July 28, 2023.”
In the recent poster, Dhanush and Shiva Rajkumar are seen standing against each other in the war with guns firing. The battlefield is showcased very nicely with huge guns. Shiva Rajkumar can be seen wearing a black suit, whereas Dhanush’s rugged look with a man bun and heavy beard looks dapper. Both actors are seen holding heavy-loaded rifles in their hands.
Shiva Rajkumar, in an interview with the media, said that he is a major Dhanush admirer and has seen all of his flicks. The Kannada actor went on to say that he sees himself in Dhanush.
He said, “The naughtiness, the way he behaves with his friends—he is just like me, or I am just like him! We are that similar!”
Rajkumar went on to say that he has a special liking for Dhanush and couldn’t pass up the chance to work alongside the Vaathi actor.
