People around the nation are grumbling about the PK actor over his past interview, where he considered India to be unsafe for him. Twitteratis, making  #BoycottLaalSinghChaddha trend over every social media. This boycott movement cost the moviegoers to loosen their strength, hence the movie is not performing well at the box office. Meanwhile, Kites actor Hrithik Roshan came forward to show support for the movie.

Hrithik posted a story over his Instagram handle that exhibits support for the Khan-starrer movie, “Just watched LAAL SINGH CHADDA. I felt the HEART of this movie. Pluses and minuses aside, this movie is just magnificent. Don’t miss this gem guys! Go! Go now. Watch it. It’s beautiful. Just beautiful.”

This post is reposted by Kareena Kapoor Khan over her Insta handle, proving to get positive responses for her ongoing film. But this support from Roshan disappointed many netizens after which ‘boycott Vikram Vedha’ commenced trending on Twitter.

Some trending tweets include, “Why waste money on a trashy Bollywood remake when you can watch the original classic on YouTube for free? #BoycottVikramVedha”. Some people even lashed at Roshan and marked it as revenge by writing, “You should not have done this. Instead of focusing on your film, you are trying to support others. Now get ready to face the consequences. Vikram Vedha will be the next target.”

Pushkar and Gayathri’s upcoming project ‘Vikram Vedha’ featured Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan in pivotal roles. The film is a Hindi prequel to the Tamil action thriller original (same title) released back in 2017.
