On this special day, all Mahesh Babu fans received a surprise treat of going over and persevering with his romantic action entertainer Pokiri movie, which was released back in 2006.
Special arrangements were made for rescreening the movie. The movie is revised with 4K resolution and is released in over 175 theatres globally, with 100 shows in the Telugu states. The tickets are all sold within minutes.
The entire collection from the movie screening will be spent on a noble cause, according to sources. The fans and distributors decided to donate the entire collection for the welfare of children.

On husband Mahesh Babu’s birthday wife Namrata Shirodkar greeted him with an Instagram post, she shared a photo of him and continued writing: “You light up my world like nobody else! Happy birthday MB (Mahesh Babu)!! Here’s to many more crazy years together!! Love you, now and always.”
Daughter Sitara also shared adorable pictures of herself with father Mahesh Babu and wrote “Years may go by.. but I’ll always be the little girl you taught how to fly! Happy birthday Nanna!! A million hugs and more!”
Many colleagues from the film fraternity wished Mahesh Babu on his special day. One of them is Gautam who posted a family picture on his Instagram and wished his friend, “ I learned from the best! Happy birthday Nanna!! Thank you for believing in me and being there for us always”.
