INDIA: IMDB, also known as Internet Movie Database, recently announced the top Indian films to be released in 2022. The Kashmir Files, Jhund, K.G.F. Chapter 2, RRR, Vikram, and many others are added to the list.

Instead of rankings, IMDB classified the film based on statistical data, which includes critic reviews, number of votes, and ratings.

The following list is based on the number of votes given to the films

The Kashmir Files

As per the number of votes, The Kashmir Files ranks at the top among all the films with a rating of 8.3.

The Kashmir Files’ is based on the excruciating genocide of Kashmiri Hindus in the 1990s, which forced thousands of Hindus to flee their homeland. The gruesome story, or rather the 32 years of the darkest chapter in history that has been erased from any existing narrative, unfolds through the Pandit family of Kashmir.

Rocky now rules the sanguinary Kolar goldfield following the events of K.G.F.: Chapter 1. His name is enough to instill terror in the animosity he faces, whether he is a regular street mobster or the ruler of K.G.F. With such power in his hands, he poses a threat to Indian law and order, prompting the government to strike the final blow. This isn’t enough to reinforce his enemies’ hatred for him; after Garuda’s death, Adheera is now on the verge of conquering the K.G.F.

Director: Prashanth Neel

Following K.G.F., SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus lands in the third spot with a rating of 8.

A historical tale of two revolutionary freedom fighters, Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju, who embarks on the struggle for freedom from the British Raj. The story follows a fictionalized version of these legendary heroes that begins with Britishers forcibly abducting a Gond girl Malli, provoking Bheem to go on the hunt for the Britishers. On the other hand, Ram is an ally or, to put it another way, a hardcore policeman under the domain of the British Raj who is resolute in pursuing his goal.

Director: S.S. Rajamouli

Gangubai Kathiwadi, starring Alia Bhatt, is also ranked fourth with a rating of 7. Jhund, a critically acclaimed film by Nagraj Manjule, likewise enters the list with a rating of 7.4. While Kamal Hasan starrer Vikram also dominates the list with an 8.6 rating.
