Must read

INDIA: The Dharma Productions owner and filmmaker Karan Johar is well known for his out-of-the-box movies. Johar is the Godfather to all-star kids, from gossip to entertainment and is the core of the Bollywood industry. Recently, he showed full support to Ayan Mukherji’s directorial sci-fi-spiritual fantasy movie, Brahmastra.

Johar stated, “Ayan has given Brahmastra seven years of his life. He could have made three or four films during that time if he had wanted to. Instead, he decided to concentrate on one project, his dream project. Ayan has spent his entire life with Brahmastra, living, breathing, and sleeping with him.”

“It is unlike anything we’ve seen in the cinema. In terms of budget vision and scale, it is the biggest film I’ve made,” he added.

The high-budget creative movie Brahmastra is a multi-starrer movie having Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the pivotal role. Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan is also a part of this movie. The movie will be the most promising thriller in the history of Hindi cinema, with the kind of graphics and technologies used in it.

Brahmastra will provide a larger-than-life experience to all cinephiles. The pan-India movie is scheduled to hit the theatres on September 9th, 2022, in 5 Indian languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. The movie is classified into three parts, typically written in a trilogy format. Mukherji, in a video, revealed that the movie contains so much that it would be impossible to put it in one movie.

Johar believes that the movie will be a game changer in the Hindi movie industry, as nothing like this has ever been brought to the table. He said Ayan had not moved socially upwards while preparing for Brahmastra.

“He’s driving the same car he did seven years ago. He hasn’t even moved into a fancy house. He now lives in the same house where he lived before becoming a director. Yeh Jawani Hai Diwani, which he created for my production company Dharma nine years ago, was a huge success. Ayan did not do it for financial gain.”

“Instead, he dedicated his life to the creation of Brahmastra.

I’m sure everyone in the industry is eager to see what he’s done. I understand there are many doubts about the film. However, I am confident that Brahmastra will be a game changer.” he added.
