boAt that wants people to plug into music nirvana, teamed up with popular Designer Masaba known for her quirky prints at Lakmé Fashion Week 2020 and unveiled a line of colorful headphone designs that will thrill the millennial consumer. The creative combination of boAt × Masaba for the uber-cool vibrant designs for the headphones will bring not only great music to the enthusiasts but some many happy memories of days gone by.

Bringing the nostalgia of the Disco Divana era of the ’70s to the millennial 2020s, the vintage patterns will take the consumer on a retro trip when it was the flower power era that brought excitement into lives. Giving a creative touch to the Aztec pattern, Masaba gave the tribal print a rustic shade card that will revive old memories. There were once again memories that were brought to the forefront in the starry patterns that came in monochromatic colors of black and white.

Commenting on the collaboration, Designer Masaba Gupta said, “We are super excited about collaborating with boAt. I have always thought their products are par excellence. I have been introduced to boAt through so many users, who are serious users of its products. I am very excited to be collaborating with a brand that is always willing to push the bar & do something young, fun & new. And I think lending House of Masaba’s aesthetics to boAt’s s headphones, which are again superior products will invite a new consumer and excite the existing ones with cool, fresh & quirky products. Lakme Fashion Week & I have a long-standing association, it is where I made my debut & I think that it is a platform that has consistently brought some amazing talent to the forefront & showing at Fashion Week after so long will be really exciting & great fun! And I am sure also a little challenging in these unprecedented times that we live in. I think this is a perfect collaboration because I love music; It is a big part of my runway shows, my presentations & I think through music, through these headphones & through our summer collection we will be able to transport people into a parallel universe which I can’t wait to share it with them. I am looking forward to this.”

Designer Masaba Gupta will be back at Lakmé Fashion Week next year with boAt to showcase her very own fashion collection that will be inspired by this collaboration.
