They recently exchanged vows at a resort in Mahabalipuram, near Chennai, on June 9. The extravagant wedding was an intimate affair, including some renowned personalities from the film fraternity. Superstars like Rajinikanth, Shah Rukh Khan, Surya, and singer AR Rahman were present at the wedding.

The marriage is associated with the famous OTT platform ‘Netflix’; Vignesh made the official announcement on his Instagram page. At the same time, Netflix India took the pledge to release their wedding documentary on screen. Netflix shared a romantic picture of the couple quoting it, “These images of Nayanthara and Vignesh have us seeing stars. BRB, we’re doing a little happy dance ourselves because THEY’RE coming to Netflix. it’s beyond a fairy tale.”
