Now, the makers dropped another peppy number, ‘Gujju Pataka’, which will force you to shake your legs. Satyaprem Ki Katha will hit the cinemas on the occasion of Eid, on June 29.

The song featured Kartik donning different attires of a groom and dancing around women dressed as brides.

The song begins with Kartik in a South Indian avatar wearing a dark green kurta, lungi and sunglasses. Next, in an orange sherwani and golden kurta, in a white suit, and in a black kurta. The Shehzada actor left no stone unturned in changing as many as 5-6 costumes. He is seen matching up for a Christian beach wedding.

The audience saw a glimpse of Kartik’s Gujju Pataka appearance in the teaser, complete with a tattoo of those words on his chest. Kartik’s new song also featured him as the most eligible Gujju bachelor.

Previously, talking about the character, Aaryan said that Satyaprem ki Katha would always be his favourite, bravest, and strongest character, and he hoped the audience would connect with him as well because, in his opinion, all have a Sattu in them.

Kartik unveiled the song on his Twitter handle, calling it his “favourite dance number” from the upcoming film. The new song is choreographed by Bosco-Caesar, who previously worked on the title track of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.

Sameer Vidwans added his directorial vision to Satyaprem Ki Katha. Sajid Nadiadwala bankrolled the film under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson.
