INDIA: Bollywood Superstar Suniel Shetty ruled the Hindi cinema for nearly about three decades, being one of the fittest actors in the industry of this age. The fitness freak often posts photos and videos of his workout regime, which encourages everyone to stay fit and motivated.

However, in the recent past, many actors from the acting industry lost their lives at a very early age. May it be Siddharth Shukla or Siddhaanth Vir Surryavanshi, the actors had perfect muscular bodies, mostly spending their hours in the gym but their sudden demise due to cardiac arrest came out as a shock to the outer world.

Suniel Shetty, during a media interaction, spoke out the reason behind the premature deaths. He added, “It’s heart failure and not heart attack..”

“Although the nutrition should be adequate and correct, taking ‘steroids and supplements’ can damage the body in the long run. Most gyms don’t take precautionary measures prior to subjecting clients to hardcore workouts,” he continued further.

According to Shetty, “People’s mindset has changed now, and they neglect their health. Rather, they should focus more on eating right and sleeping properly. During the workout session, people stretch themselves beyond their limits and thus cause sudden collapse.”

Talking about the Dhadkan actor, he is roped in the upcoming sequel of Hera Pheri, whereas his co-actor Akshay Kumar backed off from the lead role. Suniel Shetty said, “Everything was on track, but I’m not sure what occurred abruptly [that] Akshay is no longer a part of it.”

“When I’m finished with Dharavi Bank promotions, I’ll sit down with Firoz [Nadiadwala, producer] to figure out why and how this happened. Akshay, Paresh, and I had committed to the film, and this twist has taken me by surprise,” the actor continued further.
