INDIA: Swapnapurti Foundation is set to host the prestigious ‘Moti Sanman and Various Competition Prize Distribution’ event on Saturday, April 5, in Lakhani. The highlight of the event will be the presence of member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) Nanabhau Patole, who will present the awards and prizes to the deserving recipients.
Adding to the significance of the occasion, Block Development Officer Dheeraj Patil will deliver an insightful session on “Opportunities in the 21st Century and the Skills Required for Them.”
Several distinguished guests will grace the event, including Chevening Scholarship recipient and lawyer Deepak Chatak, Zilla Parishad member Dr. Manisha Nimbarte, entrepreneur Atul Bhandarkar, Kishor Waghaye, and Sanjay Vanve. Their presence is expected to inspire and motivate attendees.

Honoring Excellence: Moti Sanman Awardees
Each year, Swapnapurti Foundation recognizes individuals who have made remarkable contributions in their respective fields with the Moti Sanman Award. This year’s honorees include:
- Roshan Bhondekar – A writer and filmmaker originally from Bhandara district, currently residing in Spain.
- Akash Pikalmunde – A sportsman who has elevated Bhandara district’s status in the sports world through Pro Kabaddi and other national-level competitions.
- Umesh Koram – A mentor dedicated to guiding students in competitive exam preparations and actively engaged in social work.
Recognizing Young Talent
As part of the event, the prize distribution for the essay and painting competitions held in honor of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti will also take place. These competitions, organized throughout the year, aim to encourage creativity and intellectual growth among students.
Special Highlights
The event will also feature a documentary showcasing the journey of Swapnapurti Foundation and its impact over the years. Additionally, a new digital platform, launched by young volunteers working with the foundation, will be unveiled.
The grand event will take place at Swagat Hall, Lakhani, at 4 PM. Swapnapurti Foundation’s President Prashant Waghaye, Secretary Sudhir Kale, Event Coordinators Ashish Raut, Vishal Hatwar, Likheet Pudke, and Aniket Nagarkar have extended an open invitation to students, parents, and citizens to attend and be part of this remarkable celebration.
