AUSTRALIA: Sydney Thunder defeats Brisbane Heat by 7 wickets to start their Big Bash campaign on a winning note. Sydney Thunder gained 4 points after winning this match. In this match after winning the toss, Sydney Thunder decided to bowl first.

Chris Lynn and Max Bryant opened the innings for Brisbane Heat but they couldn’t contribute much as both the openers got out under 4 overs and after 3.1 overs Brisbane Heat was struggling at 16/2.

For Brisbane Heat, Liam Guthrie took 2 wickets and Xavier Bartlett took 1 wicket.
