INDIA: The Xiaomi NoteBook Pro 120G laptop is scheduled to debut on August 30 in India. This laptop resembles the Mi Notebook Pro from the previous year.

With a 12-generation Intel Core i5 H-series processor and NVIDIA GeForce MX550 graphics, the Xiaomi Notebook Pro 120G features a quick 120Hz display with a 2.5K resolution. It appears that the design will resemble its forerunner in considerable part.

Remember that the 2021 Mi Notebook Pro has a 14-inch 2.5K (2560 x 1600) screen and an all-metal unibody design? This screen has a 16:10 aspect ratio and provides full sRGB colour gamut coverage. while refresh rates are capped at 60Hz.

An 11th Gen Intel Core i5-11370H processor, up to 16GB of 3200MHz DDR4 RAM, 512GB of NVMe SSD storage, and Intel Iris Xe graphics are all found inside the Mi Notebook Pro. In India, Xiaomi presently only offers the Intel Core i5-11300H processor model.

A 70WHr battery powers the laptop, which also supports 65W USB Type-C charging.

In addition to Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1, connectivity choices include 1 x USB Type-C, 1 x Thunderbolt 4, 1 x Type-A USB 3.2 Gen 1, 1 x Type-A USB 2.0, 1 x HDMI, and a combination audio jack. You receive a backlit keyboard with 1.3mm travel per key and a fingerprint scanner. This laptop also features dual speakers and a 720p webcam.

A version of the Mi Notebook Pro with an Intel Core i5-11300H processor and 8GB RAM is now advertised with a starting price of Rs 53,999. For Rs 58,999, a version with double the RAM is now offered.

In contrast, the Xiaomi Notebook Pro 120G will have a quicker display, CPU, and graphics, but based on Xiaomi’s shared product photos, it appears to lack an additional USB Type-A port. It is anticipated that Xiaomi will launch the Notebook Pro 120G at roughly the same price as the Mi Notebook Pro starting in 2021.

An even more potent Mi Notebook Ultra was introduced last year, joining the Mi Notebook Pro. At the time of this writing, it is unknown if Xiaomi plans to update that in 2022.
