UNITED STATES: The year 2021 was jam-packed with a wide range of Hollywood films. Whether it was action, horror, or thrillers, each genre delivered the best out of them. It’s also worth noting that this was the era of Ott platforms, via which Marvel made its digital debut. There were several types of films, but today’s superhero or comic book films have a large viewership. Keeping this in mind, the Hollywood film industry has produced a slew of superhero films, ranging from the highly anticipated Zack Synder Justice League to the much-awaited Spider-Man: No Way Home.
So here is a list of the finest Hollywood films released in 2021:-
5) Tomorrow War
Plot: The story centers on Dan Forester (Chris Pratt), a biology instructor and former military soldier, who is unable to secure employment at a famous research institution in December 2022. Soldiers from the year 2051 appear to warn that humanity is on the verge of annihilation due to alien invaders known as the White spikes. As a result, members of the world’s militaries are sent into the future, but only 20% of them survived, precipitating a global crisis.
This Hollywood futuristic warfare movie which is filled with gory aliens and talented cast is not suited for critics but a must-watch for the masses.

4) Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
Plot: The renegade drop out Shang-Chi (Simu Liu) aka Shaun amid foreign land venture through the shadows of his past. Living a normal life which can be quoted as a full-time valet and part-time party person. Along with his friend Katy (Awkwafina) he enjoys the blissful moments of life. His quiet life turns upside down when he is entangled in the webs of the enigmatic Ten Rings organization.
This Hollywood action pack MCU film with a touch of Kung-fu is a perfect blend of stunning CGI and humor.

3) Zack Snyder’s Justice League
Plot: After the death of Superman, the world is under the threat of Steppenwolf, who serves the tyrannical Lord of Apokolips a.k.a Darkseid. In surge to obtain the Anti-life equation, Darkseid orders Steppenwolf to acquire the Mother Boxes and eradicate humanity. Intending to save humanity, Batman and Wonder Woman set out on a journey to ally the strongest Metahumans. This brings together the most anticipated superhero team-up of metahumans from the DC Extended Universe.
On the surface, it appears to be a typical superhero team-up film. However, it is rooted in tragic character stories and a threat of an alternate timeline that might entail a superhero apocalypse. This film is a perfect narrative that encompasses Zack Snyder’s extensive knowledge of DC characters, as well as the countless possibilities that give the world its moniker, the Snyderverse. This version of the film feels fresh with a runtime of 4h 2m which completely erases Justice League (2017).

When Peter Parker noticed that his friends were suffering the most, he sought the assistance of Doctor Strange. This sets in motion a journey that tests his values and leads to the discovery of what it takes to become Spider-Man.
This Hollywood film is a perfect blend of appropriate comedic timing with stunning action sequences, resulting in a rollercoaster trip of emotions. Thanks to Sony and Marvel for their 20-year effort, which has resulted in one of the best Spider-Man films that live up to the anticipation. It’s a must-watch for every fan of comic books movies and especially Spider-Man enthusiasts.

Arrakis is a harsh desert planet that holds an enormous amount of Spice, the most valuable resource in the Dune universe. It is stated that whoever has authority over the spice has dominion over the entire cosmos. Leto Atreides, Paul’s father, must journey to Arrakis to secure his family’s future. But, unknown to him, dark forces are preparing to turn the tables, kicking off the political narrative of this space opera. In this deadly world of Dune, those who overcome their dread will endure the scourge of their fate.
This Hollywood film can be thought of as a blueprint for all previous space operas such as Star Wars and Star Trek. The reasonable and realistic visual effects, breathtaking camera angles, as well as the emotionally charged narrative, and phenomenal performance, made this film the must-watch for every cinephile.
