Father-Son Duo’s Psychological Thriller TWINNY Streams on WAVES

Mumbai-Based Film Explores Themes of Control, Courage, and Redemption

INDIA: TWINNY, a psychological thriller co-directed by filmmaker Sunil Sihaag and his 14-year-old son Ridhim Sihag, is now available on Prasar Bharati’s WAVES OTT platform. Set in Mumbai, the film follows Aishwarya, a pregnant woman resisting her controlling partner, Dhruv. The narrative introduces Jagruk, a man grappling with personal struggles, who steps in to protect her, weaving a story that explores themes of courage, trauma, and hope.

Produced by Sunil Sihaag Gora Films and Grisu Media Arts, TWINNY features a cast including Ananth Mahadevan, Nanncy Gill, Sandip Thakur, Rishikesh Ingley, Namita Lal, Sejal Singh, and Priyanka Joshi. The production team includes producers Sunil Sihaag, Ranveer Singh Sihag, and Dr. Vijay Sihag, with co-producers Rajeev Sihag, Dr. Kapil Sihag, and Hansraj Sihag.

Ridhim Sihag, in addition to co-directing, served as the film’s editor, contributing to its narrative approach. The screenplay, written by Sunil Sihaag with input from author Kulpreet Yadav, examines psychological themes against Mumbai’s dynamic backdrop. Cinematography by Sreechith Vijayan Damodar and an original score by Jatin Kumar Rohilla enhance the film’s atmosphere.

The production crew includes Executive Producer Urmila Bhambhu, Associate Producer Saraswati Raman, and Assistant Director Sandeep Chaudhary. Supporting actors include Mahendra Kumar Vishwakarma, Kaashvi Juneja, Ajeet Prajapati, Sahil Sihag, Sandeep Chaudhary, and Amisha.
