NIA Raids North India Amid Sidhu Moose Wala Murder 

The entire investigating hunt is performed to knock down "organised terror gangs" operating from both India and abroad

INDIA: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is conducting raids on 50 locations across north India with the help of local police. The highly inspected places are Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Delhi and the outskirts.

The entire investigating hunt by NIA is performed to knock down “organised terror gangs” operating from both India and abroad. According to sources, the gangs are involved in murders, extortion, kidnappings, illegal smuggling of arms, narco-terrorism, turf wars, and many other criminal activities.

The Union home minister Amit Shah ordered this action and called the central agencies to ensure no gangs could perform actively and should not indulge in murders.

Members of the Lawrence Bishnoi-Goldie Brar gang, who are the main suspects in the murder of singer Siddhu Moose Wala, and their rival gangs Neeraj Bawania, Davinder Bambiha, Kaushal Chaudhary, Sunil alias Tillu Tajpuriya, Dilpreet, and Sukhpreet alias Budha participated in the raid, according to investigating officials.

They are active members of a syndicate run by absconding terrorist Harvinder Rinda in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan. In the part of the investigation, the probe agency suspects the large groups to involving in anti-national activities like terrorism even if they are linked with Pakistan-based terror outfits, ISI in cross border arms supplies and supporting them.

According to an officer, In the recent last month, The Delhi Police’s Special Cell logged two cases under terror charges, which are now handed over to the NIA. “As the Punjab Police arrested the sixth and last shooter in the case, the entire conspiracy and modus operandi as also the link-ups of these gangsters were revealed,” informed the Punjab police.

The entire investigation is taking the lead with the help of the Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF), the Delhi Police, and Central agencies. Previously, Deepak Mundi, the primary assassin, had fired indiscriminately at the Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh aka Sidhu Moose Wala, who passed away on May 29th, according to Director General of Police (DGP) Punjab Gaurav Yadav in a media interaction.
