She completed her primary and secondary education at DAV Moyel Public School in Sitasawangi, Maharashtra. After completing her tenth grade, Mahin decided to enter the technical education stream. As a result of her academic achievements and practical training, Mahin secured placement at Tata Steel Limited, one of India’s most respected industrial organizations. She was selected to work at the Noamundi Iron and Mines unit in Jharkhand, a major mining hub known for its iron ore production.
Currently, Mahin Rahman Khan works as a Junior Engineer and Operation Assistant, also serving in the role of Mining Foreman at Tata Steel Limited. Her responsibilities involve several critical aspects of mining operations. These include planning mining activities, providing operational instructions, ensuring adherence to established procedures, and maintaining strict safety standards across mining sites.
In an industry where operational safety and precision are vital, such responsibilities require strong technical knowledge as well as leadership skills. Mahin’s role also involves coordinating teams and monitoring processes to ensure that mining operations run smoothly and efficiently.
