JAPAN: Following the Fortnite x Dragon Ball Super crossover event, the fan-favourite anime is now joining the popular Battle Royale mobile game PUBG (PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds). The official account of PUBG MOBILE announced the collaboration with Dragon Ball Super.
PUBG MOBILE x Dragon Ball Super event will arrive soon in 2023
The PUBG MOBILE official Twitter handle shared the news about the Dragon Ball Super crossover event. The tweet read, “PUBG MOBILE x DRAGON BALL Coming soon in 2023.”
According to the tweet, the PUBG x Dragon Ball Super collaboration will arrive in 2023. The exact release date for the crossover event has yet to be revealed. The Battle Royale game account shared a key visual for the upcoming collaboration event along with the release date announcement. The poster read, “PUBG MOBILE x Dragon Ball Super.”
Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero is currently playing in theatres around the world. The anime film was released on June 11, 2022, in Japan, August 19, 2022, in the United States, and August 26, 2022, in India.
PUBG MOBILE crossover with popular movies and video games
PUBG MOBILE has previously collaborated with several well-known entertainment ventures. The Battle Royale game recently collaborated with Jujutsu Kaisen, providing players with intriguing anime skins and exclusive event features. The cursed doll was also added to the list, allowing players to use the iconic anime item.
PUBG MOBILE x Spider-Man: No Way Home has also emerged as gamers’ most popular collaboration event. The Battle Royal game provided players with exciting Spider-Man content. The Web-Slinger’s visually stunning animation was also added to the game lobby.
Godzilla also made an appearance in PUBG MOBILE. The PUBG MOBILE x Godzilla: King of Monsters collaboration included exciting gameplay elements. For gamers, the Battle Royal game included an iconic Godzilla suit. Titans: Last Stand mode introduced in the game allowed players to fight against Titans.
PUBG MOBILE has also collaborated with popular video games. Resident Evil 2 and Metro Exodus had previously partnered with the Battle Royale game.
