INDIA: The highly talked about Karan Johar’s romantic film, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahanii’s first look, is finally unveiled. The makers promise fresh chemistry on screen, which Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt will bring as Rocky and Rani.
The fusion of colours gives an interesting swanky vibe. In the first poster, Ranveer is seen wearing a golden ensemble chain, shades and an open-collar shirt.
The poster was brought to everyone by Karan Johar. He wrote, “An absolute ‘heartthrob’, who wears his own heart on his sleeve – meet Rocky, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, in cinemas 28th July 2023.”
Whereas the second post reads, “Ladies & gentlemen, the queen is here to steal your hearts – meet Rani! #RockyAurRaniKiiPremKahaani, in cinemas 28th July, 2023.”
The second poster introduced Alia as Rani. However, we can see the resemblance of Rani’s character with Vaidehi in Badrinath Ki Dulhania. The lively character of the Gangubai actress wearing a bindi and nose ring gives us the ultimate desi vibe. The new movie brings the fusion of love and romance on the same page.
Thus, Karan Johar posted, “It’s Rocky & Rani’s world & you’re about to live in it! But stay tuned, because you’re about to meet their parivaar too, #RockyAurRaniKiiPremKahaani, in cinemas on 28th July 2023.”
Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is made under the banner of Dharma Productions and is about to hit the theatres on 28th July 2023.
The rom-com will feature Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in the lead. Besides Alia and Ranveer, ace actors like Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi round up the star cast in crucial roles.
This movie is very special for filmmaker Karan Johar, as he completed 25 years in the Bollywood industry.
Thus, the director expressed his gratitude and wrote in a post, “Nothing but gratitude for the magical 25 years I have spent in the director’s chair. I learnt, I grew, I wept, I laughed – I lived.
