Sara Ali Khan Finishes Shooting for ‘Murder Mubarak’, Announces Filming of Next Project

INDIA: Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan is back with another project after her Disney+ Hotstar film “Gaslight“. The actress has completed filming on her upcoming featurette “Murder Mubarak” and has announced the start of production on her next major project.

The Pataudi princess recently made her digital debut with the thriller suspense film Gaslight. Her latest release gained a lot of appreciation for her role. Now, she wrapped up the Delhi schedule shooting for Murder Mubarak.

The Homi Adajania directorial film is a multi-starrer movie featuring Vijay Varma, Tisca Chopra, Pankaj Tripathi, and Dimple Kapadia alongside Sara. The movie will also star Karisma Kapoor, which will serve as her comeback.

Sara Ali Khan announced the wrap of the movie on her social media handle. She wrote, “Wrapped up the shoot for ‘Murder Mubarak’ and now on to my next adventure! Excited to be a part of ‘Aye Watan Mere Watan’ and can’t wait to share more with you all.”

Now, she will gear up for her next movie, “Aye Watan Mere Watan”. From the name the film offers a patriotic feel and it can be assumed that the feature will pay tribute to the Indian Armed Forces. 

Reportedly, Sara Ali Khan is playing the role of a freedom fighter from the 1940s in the movie. Fans are holding their breath to watch their favourite actor pulling up the challenging role. The movie is directed by Abhishek Kapoor, the same director of Sara’s debut film “Kedarnath.”

The movie will also feature Arjun Kapoor, who will be seen playing the role of Sara’s brother in the film.

On the professional front, the Love Aaj Kal 2 actress will next be appear in Anurag Basu’s “Metro.. Inn Dino”, which she will begin shooting in the middle of the forthcoming month.
