Baghlan is one of the most insecure provinces of Afghanistan, where the Taliban has a massive presence. Their attacks have moved the province towards the edge.

Meanwhile, in yesterday’s magnetic bomb blast in a mini-bus of the Telecommunication and Information Ministry of Afghanistan in Kabul, four people were killed and 16 others wounded. Among them, a pregnant mother, an employee of the Ministry of Education, with her 3-year-old child.
