2022 MTGBN: Confiance Victor Emerges Winner

The winner will now represent Nigeria at the world level of Miss Teen Global Beauty International 2022 in Brazil

NIGERIA. Delta State: Confiance Victor, a Miss Teen Global Beauty Nigeria contestant from Imo state, was crowned the winner this year (MTGBN). MTGBN is a beauty pageant with the goal of creating world-class role models and honourable ambassadors in young girls.

The 2022 edition, held in Sapele, Delta state, lasted a week and featured a variety of delicious events, including leadership mentorship and entrepreneurship skills, among other things.

Victor, who competed against nine other participants in swimwear, traditional customs, a talent show, and evening gowns, was crowned overall champion thanks to her outstanding performance, which wowed both the audience and the judges.

The winner will now represent Nigeria at the world level of Miss Teen Global Beauty International 2022, which will be held in Brazil in August this year and is proudly sponsored by Awaritse Nigeria Limited.

According to Gwendolyn Elohor Tagbarha, an ex-beauty queen, 70 percent of the points were awarded based on auditioning, home assignments, behavioural assessments, attitude, and other activities during the camping exercise.

Tagbarha further stated that the event was very competitive based on the performance of each contestant. “The 2022 MTGBN judges had a hectic time coming up with the winners because the contest was highly competitive, ” Tagbarha said.

The prize

Confiance, the overall winner, will get 200,000 in cash and other awards in addition to a funded trip to Brazil for the international pageant.

Miss Aghunaife Fiona (1st Princess), Miss Ondo, Alkali Hannah (2nd Princess), and Miss Ogun, Mayungbo Oluwatobiloba (3rd Princess) were also awarded monetary prizes ranging from 150,000 to 100,000 naira (273 to 182 USD).

Victor expressed her delight and excitement at winning such a fiercely contested event.

“There were so many great girls but the crown chose me and it chose me for a purpose. It is more than a prize for me, it is an opportunity that will change my life for good,” Victor added.
