The upcoming visit aims to bolster foreign policies and reinforce the strong bond of friendship and trust between the people of the United States and India.

The Indian Ambassador to the US, Taranjit Singh Sandhu, expresses confidence that the ceremonial and substantive aspects of the state visit will harmoniously complement each other and be unparalleled. He remarks, “We are eagerly anticipating the historic state visit of Prime Minister Modi to the United States at the invitation of President Biden. Excitement is palpable on both sides. It is a privilege for my Prime Minister to be only the third Indian leader in our independent history to receive the honor of a state visit by the US President. Additionally, he will become the sole Indian leader to address the US Congress twice.”
