Black Panther 2: Namor and Shuri Gained the Spotlight in Empire Magazine’s Latest Images

UNITED STATES: Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is nearing its release date and prior to the film’s release the makers have shared a brand-new look of the much-awaited Marvel character, Namor. In addition to the most-hyped antagonist, new images featuring Shuri and the lead actors have also been unveiled.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever gets brand-new pictures featuring lead stars 

The Black Panther official Twitter handle shared the latest pictures of the lead stars. The tweet read, ‘’See brand-new images from Marvel Studios’ Black Panther: #WakandaForever, exclusively for @EmpireMagazine.’’

The latest Empire Magazine images give a proper look at Tenoch Huerta as Namor. The character can be termed as the highly-anticipated adversary arriving in Black Panther 2. Ahead of the trailer release, numerous leaks regarding the Sub-Mariner’s look started to circulate, which led to massive excitement among MCU fans.

In addition to Namor, a new look for Letitia Wright as Shuri has also been released. It is also rumoured that after the death of King T’Challa, Shuri will take on the mantle of Black Panther. Though no confirmation has been made, the character’s fate is kept in mystery, which will only be revealed in the upcoming movie.

Earlier the makers also unveiled the new images. The tweet read, “Check out the brand-new @EmpireMagazine newsstand cover on sale September 29 and exclusive subscriber cover for Marvel Studios’ Black Panther: #WakandaForever. Only in theaters 11.11.22”.

The images gave a brief look at the lead stars appearing in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Empire Magazine also shared a picture featuring Namor’s helmet, which was also depicted in the trailer. The released image provided a detailed look at the helmet, which also grabbed fans’ attention.

Ryan Coogler, known for Black Panther (2018), returned to direct the sequel. The filmmaker also wrote the story along with Joe Rober Cole. Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Tenoch Huerta, and Martin Freeman will star in the lead roles. Florence Kasumba, Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, and Angela Bassett will round up the star cast in prominent roles. 

Marvel Studios’ Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will debut in theatres on November 11, 2022.
