UKRAINE: In video footage, two of Mykolaiv’s largest colleges were struck by at least 10 Russian missiles, with smoke seen billowing from the targeted areas.

Following the incident, Vitaliy Kim, the region governor, urged Western countries to “identify Russia for what it really is – the Terrorist.”

It comes a day after two schools in the southern city were reduced to rubble, along with public transport and a stadium.

Russia continues to war with Ukraine after striking the city of Vinnytsia in central Ukraine, resulting in the death of at least 23 people. However, the final number of casualties is yet to be determined as they are still clearing the debris, as announced by Ukraine’s Officials.

President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine appealed to the International Community to acknowledge Russia as a terrorist state after the attack.

This statement was made in time as it draws closer for the prosecutors of Ukraine, the European Union and the International Criminal Court meeting “The Hague” to discuss investigating Russia’s attacks.

President Zelensky said, “Russia has shown its attitude to international law, to Europe, and the entire civilized world.” He then asked for all Russia’s assets and funds in countries around the world to be taken away as a form of compensation to the victims of the attacks.

The Russia, Ukraine attack was deemed the biggest war since World War II, resulting in the death of thousands. The “war” commenced due to the Russian leader wanting to overturn Ukraine and the government, ending the desire to join the “Western Defensive Alliance NATO.” The “war” began on 24 February 2022, declaring his aim to protect people subjected to what he classed as eight years of genocide by the Ukrainian government.
